How is your network health?

The column that says 'time=' in the above image, shows a poor network connection. (Note: you can see what your speed is by running the command 'ping google.com -t' from the command prompt). The above speeds should all be consistent, and should never get a 'Request timed out.'; I've had this happen with a poor internet connection, but in this example, it's a bad wireless card causing a bad network connection.

What should your network speed look like?

The above image is a great example of consistent speeds, the ms is low and varies only slightly. If you have anything that is above 100ms or varies by more than 50 ms, you could have some trouble on your network or your Internet Provider has a poor link to your location.
