We have 2 types of programs, flat rates and retainers.
For both you agree to pay a monthly fee for X number of months and you receive hours at a hefty discount. If you cancel before the end of X number of months, then you retroactively lose the discounts you received and will be invoiced accordingly. After X number of months, you are on a month-to-month basis. Hours ultimately expire if not used.


Flat Rate Plans: You get the lowest cost per hour, but hours expire monthly. Great if you only need very occational work done on a website or need occational remote support.  Most hours available in this plan is 6.

Retainer Programs: Hours roll over a couple months but ultimately expire if never used. The monthly fee also goes to cover any IT expenses. Great if you want your IT budget to be a fixed monthly costs.
