DFW IT Department is the exclusive owner of any information shared on this site. We do not provide your information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from you to process orders, allow you to participate in forums, and better serve you with relevant information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, company, address (shipping/billing), phone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to signup for a username and password of your choice prior to placing orders or participating in the site. In order to protect your login credentials, DO NOT share them with anyone. If you choose to be in our emailing lists, your email address will be used.
Registration
In order to process your orders placed on this website or to leave comments or post on forums, you must first register. For registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, company name, street address, and telephone number. We require this information so we can provide you with important services such as order updates by email, notification of problems with orders, and to allow you to post to forums and get notifications of responses.
Order
Some of the information you provide in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the checkout procedure, you will have to supply financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address. This information is used for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we encounter problems processing your order, we will use this contact information to contact you. DFW IT Department does not sell products for purchase by children. Any youth-oriented products or services are sold for purchase by adults only.
